Cancellation Policy

Customers can cancel their attendance and get a credit if they cancel before the cancellation cut-off period – 24 hours prior to the start of class Tickets purchased using pre-paid/class packages or usage-limited subscriptions will be automatically added back to their package or usage limit. Other purchases will be returned as class credits to the customer’s account. Cancellations with less than 24hours notice will not be refunded.
