Aerial Yoga is a pretty new practice that has to be one of the most exciting and beneficial things you can do with a simple hammock (just lying in them is great too). You can hang upside down, hold yourself up or wrap around into all sorts of hip opening, core strengthening and spine decompressing positions. And those moments of swinging, swaying and flying remind you of your true joyful nature, so outwardly expressed as children but that we have learnt to subdue. Come and fly, laugh, giggle with glee as you learn to monkey around again – 1, 2, 3 YIPEE!
